After obtaining her engineer’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Adina Baicu completed the Food Safety Law master programme at the Wageningen University. Her MSc. thesis research topic was ”The functioning of risk communication as an element of the risk analysis methodology”. Adina Baicu is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Faculty of Biotechnology.
Adina Baicu’s research interests include: food law, intellectual property rights, agricultural law, novel food, food packaging and sustainability in food production.
