Dr. Dmitri Kulyov is a Professor, GHI and EFFoST member, Deputy Director for Research and Development at the All-Russia Research Institute for Food Additives, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Encyclopedic Sciences, Editorial Board Member of two Russian scientific journals. He has been invited to peer review manuscripts for the Elsevier journal Physiology & Behavior. He is Chief of the GHI Working Group Nomenclature on Food safety and Quality, developing globally harmonized nomenclature for safety of food raw materials and ingredients. His scientific interests are in the field biosynthesis, food additive production and use. He is an author of more than 500 scientific papers, monographies and patents.
