She is Co-Chair of the Global Harmonisation Initiative Nutrition WG and act as active member and/or expert in many international organisations and professional structures such EFFoST, ESF, TAIEX, Eurostars etc. and peer reviewer in prestigious international journals such as European Food Research and Technology, Journal of Food Science, Journal of Agricultural Science, Canadian Center of Science and Education , Journal of Food Processing and Preservation, Journal of Food Engineering, European Food Research and Technology, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.
