Dr. Pablo Juliano

Dr. Juliano is a Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO in Australia. He is a Chair of the IFT International Division and President of the Australian Food Engineering Association. He holds a PhD in Food Engineering at Washington State University (USA) and an MBA at Deakin University in Australia. After spending part of his career with Nestlé Uruguay and CONAPROLE he has been dedicated to global food security and sustainability projects with AusAID and other government and industrial institutions in the redesign and optimisation of food chains and development of emerging technologies for food loss minimisation and recovery.
