Ismail Ayoade Odetokun DVM, Ph.D.

Dr Odetokun is a lecturer/researcher in the Department of Veterinary Public Health and Preventive Medicine, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His areas of interest are food safety, zoonoses and veterinary epidemiology. He has some publications to his credit and has won several local and international awards. He belongs to several learned professional societies and has been the Secretary, GHI’s Working Group on Religious Food Dietary Laws since 2011. He has attended several conferences where he presented some of his research. Currently, he is a member of the Faculty Editorial Board of the newly inaugurated Savannah Veterinary Journal of his University.
