Dr. Andrey Bratsikhin is a professor in Food Engineering, and Director of Life Sciences Institute at North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU). His areas of research are: development of processes and devices for safety foodstuffs production, hygienic design and engineering in food processes and technology. Dr. Bratsikhin is a supervisor of Master programme «Hygienic Engineering and Design» at NCFU. He is a leading professor in Units Operation in Food Engineering, Dairy Equipment, Hygienic Design of Equipment. He is a certificated teacher in CAD-system, Federal Expert in Science and Innovation of Russia, Ambassador in Russia of GHI, and represents NCFU in EHEDG.
